Refund eligibility depends on the service stage, provider commitments and costs already incurred.
Once document review, case processing, hospital coordination, visa-assistance work or booking work has started, the portion of fees already consumed by completed work may be non-refundable.
Government, visa-centre or third-party charges are governed by the relevant authority and may be non-refundable. A visa refusal does not automatically mean the agency processing fee is refundable because approval decisions are outside BD2India control.
Cancellation and refund depend on the selected provider, fare/rate rules, booking status and cancellation time. Before payment, the applicable quotation should state provider-specific conditions whenever available.
Hospital deposits, appointment fees, medical estimates and procedure-related payments follow the hospital/provider policy. BD2India can assist with refund communication but cannot guarantee a third-party refund.
Email accounts@bd2india.com with the application/case ID, payment reference and reason. Approved refunds should be returned through the original or mutually agreed payment channel after verification.
Approved refund time depends on the payment method and third-party provider. Any deductions or non-refundable components should be explained before final settlement.
Admin should update this page if actual commercial terms, provider contracts or payment-gateway rules differ.
